Sushi Ya is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $21.00~$24.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

· 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

1. Manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service
2. Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures
3. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
4. Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
5. Establish staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
6. Resolve customer’s complaints and concerns
7. Organize and maintain inventory

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
2. Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
