Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Plan, organize, and control the operation of the restaurant
2. Determine and implement operational policies
3. Manage staff work schedules and monitor work performance
4. Control inventory, monitor revenues, and apply procedural modifications
5. Hire and train newly joining staff
6. Handle and resolve customer complaints
7. Ensure that health and safety regulations are met back and front of the house
8. Manage arrangement with suppliers for food and supplies

Job requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of related experience is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
