Sushi Story is hiring a F / T Restaurant Manager.

Terms of employment : Full-time, Permanent

Wage : $34.62~$36.00 / hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions : 1

Job Duties :

• Plan, organize, and control the operation of the restaurant
• Determine and implement operational policies
• Manage staff work schedules and monitor work performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues, and apply procedural modifications
• Hire and train newly joining staff
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are met back and front of the house
• Manage arrangement with suppliers for food and supplies

Job requirements :

• Experience : 2~3 years of related experience is required
• Education : Completion of secondary school is required
