As Sushi Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen’s success. From crafting exquisite sushi dishes to mentoring team members, you will ensure each plate meets Playground’s high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. You’ll also contribute creatively to menu development, uphold the highest standards of food safety and organization, and help deliver a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.
