Sushi Mura Richmond is looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $34.62-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Establish the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
2. Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the activities and operations of the restaurant
3. Recruit staff members and oversee staff training
4. Maintain inventory and monitor revenues
5. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
6. Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
7. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
8. Manage and set staff work schedules
9. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

Job requirements:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
