Sushi K is looking for a F/T First Cook.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $34.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
2. Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory, and keep records of food, supplies, and equipment.
3. Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
4. Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
5. Oversee general kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas.
6. Supervise kitchen staff and recruit additional team members as needed.
7. Plan menus and estimate the required food quantities.
8. Determine portion sizes and calculate food costs.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
