Job summary

Push Operations in Calgary is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team and prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and rolls. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seafood is handled properly and kept fresh, while maintaining a clean, hygienic station.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sushi chef experience, strong knife skills, and knowledge of food safety regulations. You will collaborate with the kitchen to manage stock and adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sushi Chef (If you have potential and less experience, we still want to meet you).
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Reliable team player with good communication
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
