Our work spans legal and as-built topographic surveys, SRPRs, reference plans, condominiums, subdivisions, strata plans, construction layout, and grading plans. We’re known for our accuracy, responsiveness, and high-quality work in the field.

We’re currently hiring a Survey Party Chief to join our experienced field crew. If you have Canadian Cadastral and Construction Survey Experience in Ontario’s land development and construction sectors and want to work with a supportive, down-to-earth team — let’s talk.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a field crew on legal and construction survey projects
• Carry out boundary retracements, layouts, topographic surveys, and related field work
• Use total stations and GNSS equipment to gather and record accurate data
• Stake property lines, structures, utilities, and limits of work per project specifications
• Coordinate closely with our office team to ensure accuracy of field data
• Work directly with site supervisors, contractors, and other field personnel
• Always follow AOLS standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of field experience in legal and construction surveys in Ontario
• Skilled in using survey equipment including total stations, GNSS, and data collectors (e.g., Leica Captivate, FieldGenius)
• Able to interpret survey plans, engineering drawings, and site layouts
• Reliable, organized, and confident working independently
• Valid G-Class Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Diploma or certificate in Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
