Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews by phone, online, or in person using standardized questionnaires.
• Explain and clarify survey questions to ensure accurate responses.
• Record, transcribe and enter responses into databases or survey software.
• Verify and validate data, identify inconsistencies, and follow up with respondents.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection procedures.
• Submit completed survey forms and assist with basic reporting and data cleaning.
