  • Become proficient with tools and technologies used in intraocular and LASIK procedures
  • Prepare the operating room and tools before procedures
  • Support and reassure patients with effective communication
  • Coordinate and support surgical interventions within a team environment
  • Work comfortably on your feet in the operating room
  • Maintain high attention to detail and work accurately

Candidate Assets

  • Interest in health and helping others
  • Comfort with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365; EMR system knowledge is a plus
  • Healthcare experience (e.g., optometric, dental, veterinary, medical technician roles) is an asset
  • Willingness to travel for training (expenses covered)
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, on a rotating basis
