Castle Rock Enterprises in Whitehorse, Yukon, is seeking a Surface and Baseworks Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day roadbuilding and earthworks projects. You will allocate resources, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure compliance with plans, and drive quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
The role requires 5–10 years of civil/infrastructure supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret drawings and specs.

The Surface and Baseworks Site Superintendent oversees the day-to-day operations of roadbuilding and earthworks projects. This role manages the allocation of resources, equipment, and subcontractors, while monitoring work to ensure compliance with contract specifications and company standards. The Superintendent’s primary goal is to deliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
