Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of civil/infrastructure construction site supervision experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Demonstrated leadership with crews and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and safety focus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in basic computer reporting and logs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise surface and baseworks projects in line with contract documents.
• Lead crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality work.
• Coordinate roadbuilding activities, grading, base prep, and paving prep.
• Plan equipment, materials, and manpower; maintain schedule progress.
• Inspect work and address issues on the spot; keep daily records.
• Communicate with engineers, clients, and stakeholders; ensure safety compliance.
• Follow environmental and erosion-control requirements on site.
