Job Duties:

· Prepare and cook entire meals or individual dishes

· Ensure kitchens and food preparation areas clean and sanitized

· Supervise kitchen assistants

· Maintain inventory and order food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and equipment

· Provide training kitchen staff in food preparation and handling of food

· Participate in planning menus, estimating food requirements, and determining the size of food portions

Job requirements:

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
