You may assist with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support while helping individuals expand their social networks and pursue goals.

• Ability to adapt communication style to build successful relationships with the people we support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support as needed.
• Help individuals expand their social networks and pursue goals/outcomes.
• Work collaboratively in a bespoke team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.
• Support planning and decision-making aligned with each person’s support plans.
