ACL Virden is hiring full time and temporary (possibility of extension) Direct Support Workers to work with people with intellectual and physical disabilities in their homes.

As a Direct Support Worker you are helping others to live an enriching, fulfilling life by assisting them in every day life through social activities and being involved in the community.

Duties: Assisting with all personal care. Administration of Medication (on the job training), strong verbal and written skills, assisting with cooking, cleaning purchasing of groceries and the ability to handle any crisis that may arise.

Minimum of Grade twelve,Clear Criminal Record Check and Valid driver's license is a must.

Wage: $17.50-22.50 (starting wage based on education or experience)
