Job summary
Sense Scotland is hiring a Support Worker in Saltcoats to help adults with communication support needs and disabilities. The role involves 24-hour support with a team rota, including 2 x 12 hour shifts from 8am to 8pm.
The position is on-site in Saltcoats (KA21 8XX) and part-time. A driver is desirable but not essential, and you’ll join a dedicated local team focused on consistent, meaningful relationships.

Ayrshire Care at Home and Housing Support Services
Sense Scotland supports adults with communication support needs and/or physical and learning disabilities across Ayrshire. We currently provide Care at Home and Housing Support services to five individuals living in their own homes across Stevenston, Saltcoats, and Irvine.
Our support is delivered 24 hours a day through a variety of shift patterns, including early, daytime, back shifts, sleepovers, and waking nights. We pride ourselves on building small, dedicated support teams around each person, ensuring consistency, trust, and meaningful relationships.
