Job Purpose:
Health For Two is a prenatal program that provides support, information, and resources throughout pregnancy and until 2 months post-partum to women who require extra support due to health and/or social issues. The Health For Two Support Worker reports to the Program Supervisor at Boyle Street Community Services and works primarily offsite in the community providing services to pregnant women and support to community agencies. Health for Two is delivered in all Public Health Centres in the Edmonton Zone and in over 45 different community agencies and is funded through the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Education:
Degree or equivalent. Candidates without a degree but who have post- secondary education and relevant and related experience will be considered.
