Job summary

HRM Homecare Services is seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide in-home care in East Renfrewshire. You will assist with daily living, mobility, meals, and medication support while promoting independence and dignity.

Join a team that values respectful, patient communication and teamwork. Full training will be provided, with flexible hours including some weekends and evenings. A PVG check is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Compassionate, patient and respectful attitude towards clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible hours including some weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Disclosure Scotland (PVG) Check is required.
