Support Worker (Complex Care) – The Wilf Ward Family Trust

Salary: £12.41 per hour plus additional for weekend work

Location: Pickering

This is a permanent, part-time vacancy that will close in 18 days at 23:59 BST.

The Wilf Ward Family Trust offers a comprehensive training programme to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for this role. We seek individuals with a compassionate and caring nature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to undergo relevant training and development.

Opportunities

We currently have exciting opportunities for Support Workers at two of our registered complex care services in Pickering: Isabella Court & Market Court. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver specialised care to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring all needs are met with high quality and compassion.

Isabella Court

An 8-bed residential support service near Pickering's centre, providing 24-hour support to 8 individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex health and mobility issues.

Market Court

A 1-bed homely complex support service located in the heart of Pickering, supporting a lady with a learning disability, epilepsy, and a spinal injury.

We offer a fantastic training programme to help you succeed. We are looking for compassionate individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to undergo training and development.
