This is an overnight sleep roster. Please review the roster included before applying.


Key Duties Include:

  • Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;
  • Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
  • Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed;
  • Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
  • Previous experience supporting customers with dementia and aged care;
  • Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration including diabetes;
  • Significant personal or willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience;
  • Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
  • Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential;
  • A valid driver’s licence and a willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
