Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to assigned department(s) on various projects.
  • Collaborate with other teams to complete tasks and develop solutions.
  • Gain exposure to various environmental services and vegetation management roles in a professional setting.
  • Participate in process improvement and automation projects as needed.
  • Learn the technology of the assigned department(s).

  • Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright's culture of safety and employee ownership.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
  • Other duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Expectations
  • Career interest in the assigned department(s), or in the environmental services or vegetation management industries.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a current Driver’s Abstract would be considered an asset.
  • Must currently possess, or be willing to obtain, Intermediate or Advanced First Aid certification, or equivalent, is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work with a team of cross-functional experts in multiple locations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products utilizing the latest operating system.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service focusing on rapport-building, listening, questioning and patience.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast paced, and ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
