Role : Support SAP / Data Level 1

Location : Markham, Ontario

Key Responsibilities :

• Reconcile data from Excel to SAP when the system is not operating properly
• Create PO records
• Create manual shipment records
• Make inventory adjustments
• Support physical count verifications
• Fill in paperwork to supplement digital transactions (manual ASN)

Required Skills & Experience :

• Experience with Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• SAP experience is an asset
• Detail-oriented
• Organized with data
• Good communication skills

Nice to Have :

• Tools / software / methodology / certification: SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office
