Job summary

Airbus Atlantique Canada Inc. in Mirabel is seeking a Support Functions Management Controller to oversee the financial performance of Purchasing, Scheduling, Logistics (Inventories), and Facilities Management.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will consolidate results, develop forecasts, and provide analyses to ensure budget compliance and support strategic decisions across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; CPA is a significant asset.
• 5–10 years of experience in management control or financial analysis, ideally in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management software (SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent French-English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance of Purchasing, Scheduling, Logistics (Inventories), and Facilities Management.
• Perform month-end tasks: variance analysis, adjustments, provisions, cost allocations.
• Collaborate with business partners to establish budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze performance variances and propose corrective actions.
• Support profitability strategies and strategic decision-making.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, the Support Functions Management Controller is responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the Purchasing, Scheduling, Logistics (Inventories), and Facilities Management functions. Their mission is to compile and analyze results, develop financial forecasts, and provide strategic analyses to ensure budget compliance and foster optimal strategic decision-making.

Your Challenges:

• In collaboration with your business partners; establish, monitor, and analyze budgets and financial forecasts;
• Perform month-end tasks: variance analysis, adjustments, provisions, and cost allocations;
• Monitor support operations, identify trends to anticipate financial risks and opportunities;
• Analyze performance variances and propose corrective actions;
• Participate in defining strategies to achieve profitability targets.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. A professional designation (CPA) is a significant asset.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in management control and/or financial analysis, ideally in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.);
• Mastery of the MS Office Suite, with an advanced level of Excel;
• Analytical skills, rigor, sense of planning and problem-solving;
• French-English bilingualism, both oral and written, is required to interact with internal teams and partners.
