We are now looking for a Junior/Mid-level Support Engineer (L1 support) to ensure all our users—from enterprise customers to community members—have a best-in-class support experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support our community and enterprise customers (70%)
  2. Cross-team work, including pairings, learnings, escalation management (5%)
  3. Self-improvement activities such as studying, courses, and tinkering with the product (10%)
  4. Work on projects and initiatives (15%)

Requirements:

  1. At least 1-2 years of support engineering experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  2. Basic knowledge of JavaScript, networking concepts like DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP
  3. Familiarity with web development tools and debugging tools
  4. Experience handling administrative and billing queries (invoice analysis, account changes, product inquiries)
  5. Understanding of support processes (ticket handling, request understanding)
  6. Customer-centric mindset with empathy and problem-solving skills
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  8. Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple high-priority tickets
