Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent post-secondary education in a relevant discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with autism and behaviors of concern is an asset.
• Coaching, mentoring and coordinating skills are valued.
• Ability to balance competing demands and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document individualized, person-centered plans guiding services.
• Assist with complex support plans when needed.
