The Support Coordinator is the primary point of contact within the support team for our various business partners, playing a key role in managing their requests while providing an exceptional experience.

Your mission: efficiently handle any request (inquiry or issue) related to SM360’s websites, CRM, and other applications, including internal coordination, until full resolution.

You will be in constant contact with an assigned portfolio of business partners, with the goal of:

  • Supporting existing business relationships by ensuring all support requests from business partners are handled, including managing internal tickets and following up with our partners.
  • Demonstrating rigor and efficiency under pressure.

  • Identify and understand manufacturers’ needs and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
  • Master manufacturers’ programs and serve as the internal point of reference for any related inquiries.
  • Coordinate the processing of business partners’ requests, both internally and externally.
  • Communicate with business partners via phone, email, or the support portal, ensuring quality service and a high level of satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with business partners regarding support and identify their key challenges.
  • Acquire a general understanding of our applications to effectively support our business partners.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions for business partners when needed.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of our business partners’ information by applying data protection policies.
  • Monitor and report on business partners’ requests (ticket volume, resolution time, etc.).
  • Perform any other related tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (essential).
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • English and French proficiency is required as this position involves direct communication with business partners across all Canadian provinces.
