Where you’d be working:

Our Support Consultants work in the Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth City offices for our customers located both local and globally.

What you’d be doing (your day will look like this):

Our Support Consultants provide first and second level support services to our customers by email, telephone and video, but also at the customers’ site. Your expertise will be working within our Supply Chain, Distribution and Manufacturing modules or the Facilities Management (Project, Plant and Services) modules, that can also provide classroom and on-site training and consulting services.

You enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting. You get excited about providing the right advice and solution to the customer. Your current skills and experience in these areas will assist you in this role.

About you

We’re looking for Support Consultants who have:

• Knowledge in Supply Chain, Distribution & Manufacturing, or Facilities Management modules using an ERP (Software) system, highly desirable.
• Understanding of business operational needs
• Superb communication skills are essential – both written and verbal.
• Problem solving and issue resolution with attention to detail.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and work ethic
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check
• Knowledge of Pronto Xi (not required but advantageous) or similar ERP software,
• This is not a technical position (you don’t need to be a programmer) and require someone with front end application experience in Supply Chain, Distribution & Manufacturing or Facilities Management within a software environment.
