WorkSafeNB is seeking Bilingual casual full-time Support Clerk II positions in our Benefit Payment Services department. As a casual full-time employee, you will work 35 hours per week and your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You will report to the designated Team Leader and be responsible for handling tasks related to providing wage replacement benefits to our clients. These roles are dynamic and complex, making them ideal for detail-oriented, self-motivated individuals who excel at performing mathematical calculations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to fast-paced and changing business environments, capable of managing a high volume of work while ensuring accuracy. If you are well-organized, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and excel in client service and customer relations, we encourage you to apply.

If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply:

  • One-year post-secondary diploma/certificate, as a minimal educational requirement.
  • One year of relevant work experience such as experience with benefits & wage calculations, paying accounts (accounts receivable/accounts payable) or mathematical calculations.
  • Strong ability to function within MS Office software, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • An equivalent combination of greater education, combined with less work experience may be considered (e.g., a completed university degree with no work experience).

Written and spoken competence in English and French is required for these positions.

Hourly rate is $24.57. Casual employees receive Step 1 of the pay band for the position appointment.

Your primary workspace will be from your in-home office, with the occasional expectation of in person meetings, for that reason, working from outside the province of New Brunswick, or country, is not permissible.
