Support Analyst - Warehouse Support

Our client is seeking candidates for support cover for their Distribution centers in Delta. This will be off-hours support, onsite, comprised primarily of weekends and evenings.

The ideal candidate should :

• have some exposure to a Distribution Centre environment, or similar (Amazon / Airport)
• be a strong team player
• be dedicated, hard-working, and above all eager to learn

Additional experience supporting WMS or RFID devices is a plus but not essential.

Printers : Calibration, replacing belts and print heads, re-aligning brackets, confirming settings with hardware team, swapping out printers for troubleshooting.

Devices : Collect and document damaged/non-functional devices for hardware team action.

Candidates do not need to be highly technical. Strong team players with some technical experience and ability to work shifts are suitable.
