The Support Analyst, End User Support (EUS) - One Port will provide virtual IT support for the One Port Tax application based on telephone, chat, and self-serve requests received from end users. Critical tax deadlines must be adhered to for our clients.

What You Will Do
  • Provide support for the One Port Tax application (internal software).
  • Answer incoming support calls, join chats, and respond to self-serve tickets within our SLA.
  • Resolve support requests within the SLA.
  • Communicate responses to KPMG users.
  • Escalate requests to Ignition Tax.
  • Utilize the Knowledge Base for resolutions.
  • Provide after-hours or weekend support when required.
What You Bring To The Role
  • College or university degree in IT or a related field, or currently working towards it.
  • Experience in virtual support and/or help desk support is an asset.
  • Experience supporting high-performing organizations is an asset.
  • Experience working in an incoming IT support call center is an asset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and possess strong soft skills.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will support national training coordination and communicate with English-speaking colleagues and employees in English-speaking provinces.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The expected base salary range is $46,500 to $70,500, potentially eligible for bonuses. Salary offers are based on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
