The Real Estate Division of the Department of Public Works provides a variety of services to all the provincial government Departments, Boards, Agencies, and Commissions.
As the Supply Technician, you will be responsible to procure, coordinate, receive, and distribute a variety of goods and services as required by clients of the Inventory & Supply Chain section, primarily purchasing for the trades team.
The Primary accountabilities of this role are to ensure an adequately stocked and cost-effective parts and supplies stores room is maintained and kept neat and organized. Aspects of this include:
As the ideal candidate, you will require high school completion plus post‐secondary training related to the position and 5 years of related experience in a buyer position; or an equivalent combination of training and experience may be acceptable.
Travel across the province is a requirement of this position; as such, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

This role is primarily based in a comfortable office environment, and you may be working at your computer for extended periods of time. You may be required to travel within the province to visit sites or regional offices.
This is a Term employment opportunity with an anticipated end date of September 4, 2026. The appointment status Term is dependent on the start date of the successful candidate.
Pay Grade: TE 18
Salary Range: $1,864.28 - $2,189.32 Bi-Weekly
