Your responsibilities

Demand Planning:

• Analyze historical data and sales to maintain forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales and trade teams on promotions impacting demand.
• Track factors affecting forecast accuracy to meet global benchmarks.

Supply Planning:

• Coordinate with global factories for short- and long-term supply planning.
• Monitor production plans regularly.
• Ensure timely inventory availability to maintain service levels.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet NWC targets.
• Project future inventory positions to optimize NWC.

The experience we're looking for

Requirements:

• 2 years of demand or supply planning experience, preferably in a CPG company.
• Proven ability to analyze data for insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred:

• Experience in the CPG industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kinaxis.
