About the role
This is a key finance business partner role within the finance organization. The position involves working cross-functionally with Supply leadership to drive strategic initiatives and collaborating with various functional leaders in a fast-paced environment to address strategic and financial issues, aiming to drive positive change.
The individual will lead Supply Finance reporting and Gross Margin management for Reckitt Canada, working with the leadership team and functional leads to enhance gross margin performance. Responsibilities include providing analytical insights, managing operational processes related to logistics, warehousing, and inventory, and delivering financial expertise grounded in a strong understanding of the business and data.
This role requires a hands-on approach, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic setting, while strategically defining key priorities in multi-year Supply Planning. We seek a commercially minded, pragmatic, and enthusiastic Finance Leader capable of working seamlessly with Supply and Finance colleagues across functions and global factories to deliver value.
