Organizational Description: Manitoba Underdogs Rescue is a registered charity and non-profit organization that is foster home based and we carry out our mission thanks to an incredible volunteer team.

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, care for, and ultimately seek out permanent and loving homes for Manitoba dogs. In addition to this, we partner with First Nations communities to empower responsible dog ownership and welfare through education, support, and vet services.

Description of Duties:

Are you organized, self-motivated, and ready to help our underdogs thrive? We're looking for a Supply Coordinator to support our fosters and manage our inventory of food, supplies, and more. You'll work closely with the Supplies team to ensure all foster dogs have what they need to succeed.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee a small volunteer team and assist the Supplies team as needed.
  • Monitor emails and team chats to fulfill supply requests.
  • Manage inventory between supply houses and track items used by foster dogs.
  • Coordinate supply distribution and support our community outreach work.
  • Help onboard and train new volunteers for the Supplies team.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product expiration, and ensure everything is stocked.
  • Assist with data entry and inventory reports.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with data entry and Google Sheets/Docs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in team management is an asset.
  • Self-motivated with great attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Age: 18-30, 31-54, 55+

Time Commitment: Remote Volunteering, Flexible Hours
15-20 hours per week
