Job description

Our Client, a Food Manufacturing company, is looking for a Supply Chain Transformation, Data & Analytics professional for their Bolton, ON/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:
  • Digital Technologies: Leverages information technology to achieve business goals and create new opportunities. Acts as both co-pilot, setting strategic directions, and service provider, supporting and maintaining IT services and infrastructure. Ensures business protection through proactive IT security measures.
  • Deployment Management: Coordinates the analysis, acquisition, implementation, and installation of hardware and software, including rolling out systems to end users for full operation.
  • IT Project Management: Plans, organizes, and controls resources for technical projects. Develops work plans, schedules, estimates, and risk analyses; monitors progress; provides guidance; ensures quality standards; liaises with users to analyze requirements; manages vendor tasks where applicable.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Preferred: Sales & Supply Chain Systems background; experience with Demand, Materials, or production planning is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, storytelling skills; ability to educate non-technical partners; problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
  • Industry experience.
  • Proficiency with Power Platform and Microsoft Office.
  • Asset: experience with ERP tools and planning systems.
  • 3-5 years in related field or role.
