Responsibilities and Duties :
- Coordinate activities across procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, and transportation departments.
- Train workers and ensure smooth operations, compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities while upholding safety standards and protocols.
- Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
- Offer technical guidance and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate, delegate, and oversee the completion of tasks and responsibilities.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1-2 year program.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience.
- Work conditions include a fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal qualities include accuracy, efficiency, interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, organization, reliability, and being a team player.
