Durabuilt Windows & Doors Inc. is seeking to hire a Supply Chain Supervisor to join the team at 10920 178 Street, Edmonton, AB, T5S 1R7. The candidate must be willing to join a team environment to strengthen and grow the current crew with a positive attitude and character.

We offer :
  • Annual Wage: $65,520.00
  • Hours per week: 35 hours

Terms of employment :
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Job start date: as soon as possible
  • Employment conditions: Day, Morning shifts

Responsibilities and Duties :
  • Coordinate activities across procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, and transportation departments.
  • Train workers and ensure smooth operations, compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities while upholding safety standards and protocols.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
  • Offer technical guidance and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate, delegate, and oversee the completion of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Qualifications and Skills :
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1-2 year program.
  • 1 to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Work conditions include a fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal qualities include accuracy, efficiency, interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, organization, reliability, and being a team player.
