Job summary

South Bow Corp. seeks a motivated Supply Chain Summer Student in Calgary, Alberta for a 4-month term starting May 2027.

You will support procurement activities, assist with RFIs/RFPs, and help track POs and supplier performance on a major project. Working with cross-functional teams, you will compile data, prepare reports and dashboards, and help ensure compliance and documentation for vendor onboarding and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a post-secondary program focused on Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Must provide transcripts upon application.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adhere to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and procurement activities, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Support purchase order creation, tracking, and closeout activities.
• Maintain supplier and contract records; compile, review, and analyze procurement data.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support SCM decision-making.
