Job summary

South Bow Corp. seeks a Project Integration Co-op Student to support the Project Integration team by leveraging AI, analytics, and digital tools.

You will gather, organize, analyze, and visualize project information and contribute to reporting, information management, and technology-enabled solutions to improve project execution and decision-making. The role focuses on developing dashboards, reports, and management summaries, with exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, Excel, and Copilot

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Business, Data Analytics, IS, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Must be part of your institution’s Co-op program.
• Strong aptitude for AI, analytics, and automation.
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft 365; Power Platform or Omega365 is an asset.
• Resourceful, self-directed, comfortable handling large data volumes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must provide transcripts upon application.

The Opportunity

South Bow is seeking a Project Integration Co-op Student beginning January 2027 for an 8 or 12 month work term. This role will support the Project Integration team by leveraging AI, analytics, and digital tools to gather, organize, analyze, and visualize project information. Assists with reporting, information management, process improvement, and development of technology-enabled solutions that improve project execution and decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Research, collect, and summarize project information using AI and business intelligence tools.
• Support development of dashboards, reports, presentations, and management summaries.
• Assist with Power BI, Power Platform, Excel, Omega, and Microsoft Copilot initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Support information management, governance, document control, and knowledge management activities.
• Analyze data and develop insights to support project and leadership decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a post-secondary program focused on Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must actively be a part of your institution’s Co-op program.
• Strong technology aptitude and interest in AI, analytics, and automation.
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft 365; Power Platform or Omega365 experience is an asset.
• Resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable working with large volumes of information.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must provide transcripts upon application.
