What You’ll Be Working On

Our internships and co-ops are designed to provide you with a business-relevant project that allows you to independently manage your own responsibilities, with support from a Supervisor and Technical Mentor. We help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive environment.

We are seeking students for 4-month co-op positions starting in September 2025, based in Edmonton, AB.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with departments for purchasing and subcontract proposals.
  • Create and format related documents, ensuring standards are met.
  • Coordinate review processes and gather stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct market research relevant to proposals.
  • Analyze client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance proposals.
  • Maintain accurate proposal content databases.
  • Organize proposal files for easy access.
  • Work with subject matter experts on technical details.
  • Communicate effectively within the team.
  • Proofread and edit proposals for quality.
  • Help develop templates and standard content.

Who We Need
