Supply Chain Specialist II

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Downtown Toronto, with on-site work from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

Who Are We Looking For

We seek a Supply Chain Specialist II to support our Marketplace Partners team and collaborate with our Distribution Center. Success in this role involves using reporting and insights to ensure timely product delivery, maintaining positive relationships with internal partners, and managing orderbook tasks to meet KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end order book processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding order status and resolve customer issues related to pricing, delivery, routing, rejections, and holds.
  • Utilize standard and ad hoc reports to monitor product delivery, order fill rates, and returns.
Team Collaboration

Report to the Marketplace Supply Chain Supervisor or Manager and work closely with Marketplace Partners, Planning, and the Distribution Centre.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of PC and Windows software.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience with SAP order management software is preferred.
  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
