Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to play a key role in supporting our growing supply chain operations. This is a hands-on, office-based role that will involve a variety of tasks, from order processing and inventory management to supplier communication and logistics coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, contributes to a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building efficient and effective supply chain processes. You will directly report to and collaborate with the COO.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities

1. Supervise the entire supply chain lifecycle, from sourcing and procurement to warehousing and distribution.
2. Optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs.
3. Manage and continuously improve the ERP/MRP system.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including product development, sales, and operations.
5. Manage logistics providers and negotiate favorable shipping rates.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and procedures.
7. Process purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
8. Manage inventory levels, including cycle counting, suppliers monitoring and stock replenishment.
9. Communicate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
10. Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and shipments.

What Makes You a Great Fit

1. 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
2. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus).
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Must be comfortable with some physical demands of receiving shipments (e.g., lifting, moving boxes).
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
10. Must be able to work on-site at our Montreal office.
