Aritzia is hiring for a Senior Specialist / Specialist, Logistics to lead end-to-end movement of goods, focusing on the U.S. surface transportation network, ensuring reliable operations across inbound freight, surface logistics, and retail/eComm fulfillment.

The role emphasizes coordinating with cross-functional partners, managing carrier performance, and real-time issue resolution to drive operational excellence within a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

THE ROLE

As theSenior Specialist / Specialist,Logistics, you will:

• Executebest-in-classsurfacelogistics,including freight, shipping,and delivery set-up
• Execute the best possible logistics experience for our customers
• Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business
• Manage departmental administration, ensuring theday-to-day business operates optimally

THE QUALIFICATIONS

TheSenior Specialist / Specialist, Logistics,has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
• U.S. surface transportation execution (FTL, LTL, Intermodal, and Drayage)
• Daily carrier coordination, SOP adherence, and performance management
• Managing complex network shipment streams across DC Transfers, New Store Openings, and Wholesale Channels
• Real-time exception management, risk mitigation, and proactive operational tracking
• Working with North American surface logistics and transportation surface providers
• Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THECOMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
