Overview

The SC Operations Resource will support the Deployment Lead in preparing for Deployment and Hypercare activities across the Make to Deploy (Production, Quality, Warehouse), Enterprise Asset Management (Maintenance), and Order to Cash (GTM - Go To Market) process areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in Operations, Sales, and/or Warehousing within manufacturing plants, satellite warehouses, and cross-dock facilities.

The PBNA PGT Canada Deployment team will be split into three areas of focus, Production/Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance, and we are currently looking for SC Ops Cap Resources for our Warehouse/GTM Team.

In this role, you would collaborate with the PBNA ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Project and Deployment teams by participating in system testing, developing training materials, ensuring site readiness, and overseeing deployment in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory management, and GTM operations. This role requires a deep understanding of PBNA business processes to integrate warehousing, and inventory operations, impacting key areas such as the PBNA Warehouse, and GTM cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within Warehouse, and GTM operations.
  • Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project.
  • Ensure overall quality in Testing, Training, and Deployment.
  • Perform development and execution of end-user training.
  • Support super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing).
  • Validation of site layout maps for pre-go-live configuration.
  • Support identification of defects and gaps in SAP vs PBNA requirements during testing, training, and deployment, and communicate to PBNA Project Team.
  • Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA PGT Project Leadership.
  • Provide deployment and hyper care support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years in operations in Manufacturing, Warehouse, and/or GTM capacity.
  • Basic understanding of Warehouse, Manufacturing, and GTM Cycle of Operations.
  • Effective communicator, both written and oral. Ability to train and coach others.
  • Willing to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions.
  • Open to new ways of working.
  • Effective team player.
  • Positive and motivated to change and simplify processes.
  • Ability to perform and prioritize under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, process , and collaborative skills.
  • Significant travel is required, with a commitment to ensuring successful deployments, which will involve extended work hours and occasional weekends.
  • Travel: 50% - 75%.

For internal applicants, this role is a 12-month temporary development assignment. Please note that you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
