The ideal candidate will have experience in Operations, Sales, and/or Warehousing within manufacturing plants, satellite warehouses, and cross-dock facilities.

The PBNA PGT Canada Deployment team will be split into three areas of focus: Production/Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance. We are currently seeking SC Ops Cap Resources for our Warehouse/GTM Team. In this role, you will collaborate with the PBNA ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Project and Deployment teams by participating in system testing, developing training materials, ensuring site readiness, and overseeing deployment in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory management, and GTM operations. A deep understanding of PBNA business processes is required to effectively integrate warehousing and inventory operations, impacting key areas such as the PBNA Warehouse and GTM cycles.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within Warehouse and GTM operations.
  • Act as a results-oriented “change agent” to facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project.
  • Ensure overall quality in Testing, Training, and Deployment.
  • Develop and execute end-user training.
  • Support super user activities, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Validate site layout maps for pre-go-live configuration.
  • Identify defects and gaps in SAP vs PBNA requirements during testing, training, and deployment; communicate findings to PBNA Project Team.
  • Escalate decision-making requirements to PBNA PGT Project Leadership as needed.
  • Provide deployment and hyper care support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations within Manufacturing, Warehouse, or GTM capacities.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to train and coach others.
  • Willingness to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions.
  • Openness to new ways of working.
  • Strong team player with positive attitude and motivation to improve and simplify processes.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical, process, and collaborative skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50-75%) and work extended hours, including weekends, to ensure successful deployments.

Note: For internal applicants, this is a 12-month temporary development assignment. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
