Job description

Job Summary:

Supply Chain Resilience Specialist required to develop and implement strategies that ensure our supply chain can withstand disruptions, mitigate risks, and maintain business continuity. The successful candidate will analyze supply chain vulnerabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a resilient supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and assess potential supply chain risks, including supplier insolvency, natural disasters, and geopolitical issues.
  2. Develop and implement supply chain resilience strategies, including supplier diversification, inventory management, and contingency planning.
  3. Collaborate with suppliers to assess their resilience and develop mitigation plans.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends, monitor supply chain performance, and inform resilience strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of a supply chain disruption.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure supply chain resilience.
  7. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance supply chain resilience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
