Staples Canada is seeking a Supply Chain Replenishment Manager to lead critical transformations in their supply chain operations. The successful candidate will focus on driving operational excellence while managing a talented team. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Replenishment Manager to lead a team of Replenishment Analysts through a critical phase of our supply chain transformation. As we embark on a multi-year journey to evolve into a best-in-class supply chain organization, this role will be instrumental in bringing expert knowledge of replenishment practices, driving operational excellence, and shaping future-state processes.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in replenishment, inventory management, and supply planning. They bring a track record of coaching high-performing teams, leading with data, and influencing cross-functional partners. A strong attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances day-to-day execution with strategic thinking, and can identify and implement opportunities to enhance team performance and process efficiency.
