Job summary

Kearney Activate- Kinaxis Business Consulting Intern in Toronto, Canada, offers hands-on exposure to supply chain planning implementations for global clients. You will assist with process design, requirements gathering, and documentation across end-to-end planning functions.

Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in SCM/Engineering with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of collaborating in a fast-paced consulting environment. CAD internship is paid and prorated.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic consulting environment
• Interest in supply chain transformation, connected planning, and digital operations

Responsibilities

• Support Business Architects in blueprinting activities that translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, including process flows and data requirements
• Assist workshops and design sessions to document current-state challenges, future-state processes, and functional requirements
• Help analyze and document supply chain planning processes across demand, supply, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, capacity planning, and order fulfillment
• Translate business requirements into functional solution documentation, user stories, and implementation materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Architects, consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders
• Assist with change management activities, training documentation, and end-user enablement
• Conduct research on supply chain planning trends and industry best practices
• Support assessments of current planning processes and tools to identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to client presentations, workshop materials, and project deliverables
• Document business value opportunities tied to planning transformation initiatives
• Support internal knowledge development and go-to-market materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution in a fast-paced environment
