Job description

About Jetson

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100M homes across North America away from burning fossil fuels to sustainable energy use. Here at Jetson, we believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.

Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps. However, adoption lags due to high costs and friction in the retrofit process today. Solving one layer of the value chain won’t move the needle on adoption. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. That is why Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company. Jetson will make it simple, transparent, and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Supply Chain Planning professional for our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada. In this role, you will develop and execute the company’s supply planning function. You will oversee all aspects of supply planning — from ERP setup, supply strategies, planning, and execution of MRP — ensuring the company has a resilient and dependable supply.

What You Will Do

  1. Develop supply chain strategy by component, defining min/max, reorder point, or forecast-based strategies per item class.
  2. Balance lead times, consumption variability, and inventory targets.
  3. Collaborate with project and operations teams to develop part demand forecasts.
  4. Maintain alignment between field needs and available supply.
  5. Run MRP to generate purchase and transfer recommendations.
  6. Adjust planning parameters based on lead time changes or forecast shifts.
  7. Coordinate home delivery of products from 3PL providers.
  8. Monitor inventory turnover, excess, and stockout risks.
  9. Recommend changes to stocking levels based on performance and demand.
  10. Assess, implement, and maintain appropriate ERP configurations and solutions for supply planning and execution, in conjunction with Jetson’s NetSuite Administrator.
  11. Maintain MRP settings and planning attributes on parts within Jetson’s ERP, NetSuite.
  12. Ensure MRP results support accurate purchasing and stocking decisions.

What You Bring

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar sectors.
  3. Proven track record managing supply planning across multiple locations and with 3PL partners.
  4. Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems and data-driven performance management. Experience with NetSuite is preferable.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams across North America.
