McCormick Canada is seeking a Supply Chain Planner II who will manage complex supply planning tasks while leading cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for development and execution of supply plans, inventory management, and driving process improvements. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in supply chain or related fields, with a focus on leadership and problem-solving.

As part of the North American Supply Planning organization, under the direction of the Sr. Manager - Supply Chain Planning - Canada, the Supply Chain Planner II - Supply is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of the S&OP supply plan. Manages a complex and / or high volume portfolio, including the balancing and management of inventory, customer service requirements, and total cost to meet finished goods demand with optimized total delivered costs [TDC]. Manages inventory for new product launches, disposition of slow moving and obsolete finished goods, and developing and driving continuous & process improvement initiatives across the supply chain that creates capacity, reduces inventory and / or improves service.
This role provides leadership within the Supply Planning team and is an active partner in cross functional forums to achieve exceptional business results.
