Job description

We’re a rapidly scaling D2C company with a growth trajectory that’s hard to ignore — from a $16M to a $40M run rate in under 6 months, with eyes set on hitting $150M within the next three years. Our team is built on grit, high standards, and a hunger to win. We operate across leading e-commerce channels like TikTok Shop, Amazon, and beyond — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take charge of our supply chain operations across multiple distribution centers and global manufacturing partners. This Vancouver-based role is both strategic and hands-on — from optimizing inventory for 100+ SKUs to leading a growing team of supply chain pros. You’ll report directly to company leadership and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our operational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage relationships with 7+ global manufacturers and shipping partners
  • Maintain 90–120 days of inventory coverage across all SKUs and sales channels
  • Oversee forecasting and demand planning across TikTok Shops, Amazon FBA, and ShipBob
  • Negotiate supplier terms to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
  • Proactively develop contingency plans for viral spikes in product demand
  • Lead and grow a team of three supply chain professionals
  • Collaborate with product development teams on upcoming launches and restocks

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Maintain target inventory levels (90–120 days on hand)
  • Reduce costs through successful supplier negotiations
  • Achieve high forecasting accuracy across all channels
  • Prevent stock-outs for top-performing SKUs
  • Mitigate risk and maintain supply flow during high-volume demand surges

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proven experience in inventory management and demand forecasting
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
  • Team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Extremely organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Experience in physical goods supply chains (e-comm preferred)

Experience & Education :

  • Junior to mid-level experience in supply chain management
  • Based in Vancouver (local residency required)
  • Previous experience managing inventory for physical product brands

You’ll Thrive Here If You...

Are proactive, detail-obsessed, and thrive in organized chaos

Have a problem-solver mindset with a bias for action

Embrace a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

Are flexible with working hours when the business needs it

This Role Might Not Be For You If You...

Need a strict 9-to-5 schedule

Prefer a slow, structured work environment
